Bioclimatic Air Systems supports customers with service from design through post installation servicing to ensure our systems perform as engineered.
Application Evaluation – We are available to help you design the solution to your air purification needs in either new construction or existing facilities.
- Reduce energy consumption, capital expenditures and operating costs by utilizing our IAQ software to design to ASHRAE Standard 62 Indoor Air Quality Procedure and reduce the amount of outdoor air used in ventilation.
- Engineer systems designed to address specific air purification, odor, corrosion or emergency response requirements.
- Evaluate corrosion rates in existing structures and electrical control systems and recommend solutions from a wide range of proven systems.
Equipment Design and Manufacture – At Bioclimatic Air Systems we will design and manufacturer the right system for your application. We have over 40 years collectively in designing systems to remove particulates, acid gases, volatile organics, and a variety of other compounds. We select the right technologies for your application from our knowledge of science and engineering. Our major control technologies are: activated carbon, chemically impregnated media’s, bi-polar ionization, and UVC.
System start-up – After purchasing a Bioclimatic Air Systems purification unit our technical service representatives will inspect the unit on-site after installation, and supervise start-up and any adjustment so that your unit performs as designed.
Follow up service Program – Our follow up service programs are clearly the best in the industry and are available to Bioclimatic customers. Our technical service representatives are available to visit your facility on a regular basis to evaluate the operations of our air purification unit, and submit follow up service reports to provide status of each system.
Full Service Laboratory Support – We provide laboratory analysis of corrosion coupons and media life cycle analysis.
Support Services – Room sealing and turnkey media replacement can also be arranged.
